An account saves your settings and your activity. Converting files never needs one.

What an account stores
- From Google: your email address and your name. Not your contacts, not your Drive, not anything else — the permissions asked for are the two smallest Google offers.
- From you: your settings, and a record of conversions only if you switch that on. It is off until you do.
- Never: your images, or their filenames. Conversion happens in your browser and nothing about the file reaches us — that does not change when you have an account.
- Whenever you like: download everything held about you, or delete the account outright. Deletion erases the record rather than hiding it.
Continuing with Google creates your account if you do not have one.
You never need an account to convert a file. The converter runs in your browser and is free without signing in.
